Lilly FSS is a lightweight single jointed bit with Fager’s FSS™ system. Fagers Smart System is locking the joints in any direction that it could hurt the palate.
Feeling more like a classic straight bit, but with some flex to it. This system gives stability and helps ensure good freedom and calmness in the mouth of the horse, in this balanced and horse-friendly bit.
If you would describe your horse as something with the following;
- Uncomfortable with almost every bit you have tried.
- Sensitive for bar pressure.

Loose rings or Eggbutts?
Eggbutts give the mouthpiece stability, and the rein aids will be more direct and precise. If your horse is a little hesitant into the contact, an eggbutt is to prefer. Loose rings will allow for more movement of the bit in the horse's mouth. Which also will discourage leaning. Loose rings will allow the rider for quick aids with finesse. Eggbutts or loose rings together with bit guards is to recommend if the horse has ”fleshy" lips/mouth corners.
Lilly´s mouthpiece is made in solid titanium.
