What a rollercoaster it has been these last 3 years !
After 2 years of staying home and working when we could (not when locked up or in quarantine due to virus problems),
we too have decided to give ourselves a little break away !
So we are going to France for a very needed R & R, to reload our batteries so we can give the best of ourselves when we return.
CLOSED FOR VACATION : What does this mean for you ?
Practically it means that during our trip no deliveries are going to be sent out because we are just not there to pack them in and send them. All packages will be sent on our return !
Digital items can be sent like vouchers, but nothing IRL.
We will be : Checking all orders arriving daily in the early morning and late evenings, making sure if it is not in our stock it gets ordered and arrives by the time we get back.
BUT please let me kindly remind you that many of our suppliers have vacation too ! So some items will be arriving after they are back open.
Emails I will check, but only the URGENT ones I will reply
(otherwise I will just be working from France and not taking a break at all :-p)
We do have someone to follow up the arriving packages, and to receive anything arriving at our address.
(Yes our animals have a personal baby-sitter to take care of them while we are gone !)
Hope this helps you understand how we will be doing things, and everyone understands if deliveries are delayed until AFTER the vacation :-)
On FB and the Website we will be putting up notice of the Holiday period too, to help remind you when we are getting back.
But there will be NO DELIVERIES SENT from 17th of July until 28th of July !
