Anouk Beulen is a VET with specialisation in dental care.
Since her 7 years of age she was 'into horses' and a real animal lover. In July 2014 she graduated at the universaty of Gent as vetrinarian. After her studies she specialised in dental health care for horses. Following courses in Belgium as wel as abroad. Being taught by the best dentists with many years of experience and heaps of knowledge.
She loves to learn the latest techniques and keep training herself every time a new course accurs. Anouk also followed the bit fitter education in the Netherlands.

A wild horse uses his teeth 18 hours per day to eat. Using all his teeth, molars, premolars etc. Our current sports-horses eat far less grass and mostely get fed hay and other foods.
Which the denture wasn't initially made for. So the natural wear of the teeth is affected.
This is one of the reasons why dentist have to remove sharp points, or sometimes correct the angle of the teeth. It's that simple !
